Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent/guardian to make purchases.
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Orders & Payments

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Any currency conversion displayed is for reference only. The converted amount may vary due to exchange rates, payment fees, or financial institution charges. The final price charged will always be in AUD.
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We currently accept credit card payments.
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order prior to dispatch if:
- A product is unavailable,
- There is a pricing, stock, or system error, or
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.
If we cancel an order, we will refund any amounts paid in full.
Once an order has entered dispatch, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times vary by country. Please see the full list of expected delivery times for most regions on our Shipping Policy page.
Free shipping to Australia, New Zealand and United states for any order size.
Free shipping is available for most destinations on orders over AUD 250.
For orders under 250 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and courier fees.
Risk & Title: Risk passes to the customer upon delivery. Title to goods passes upon receipt of payment in full and delivery.
Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by courier, postal services, or customs.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Peak Periods: During high demand or promotions, shipping times may extend beyond estimates.
While we aim for accurate stock levels, product availability is not guaranteed. If unavailable, we will notify you and refund in full.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns and refunds are only available for items defective on arrival.
Defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by email with photo evidence.
Upon approval, the customer must return the item. J.D.Worthstone will cover return shipping if it is deemed a manufacturing defect.
If damage is due to tampering, misuse, or wear, no refund or replacement will be issued, and the customer will incur return costs.
Exchanges are not available.
Sale & promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Consumer Rights Notice:
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Customers may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

Warranty

All products come with a 12-month warranty from purchase date against manufacturing defects.
Warranty excludes:
- Normal wear and tear,
- Accidental damage, misuse, or tampering,
- Exposure to chemicals, water, or lack of care,
- Loss, theft, or damage outside manufacturing defects.

Promotions, Discounts & Loyalty Programs

Discounts, vouchers, and loyalty rewards cannot be combined unless stated.
Promotions and rewards may change or end without notice.
Rewards and vouchers have no cash value.
Expired promotions, vouchers, or codes will not be honoured.
Free gifts are limited to one per order unless otherwise stated.

Gift Cards & Store Credits

Valid for 12 months from date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Must be used in accordance with system requirements (single or multiple transactions as applicable).

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items ship once available.
Orders with both pre-order and in-stock items may be held until complete unless otherwise arranged.
Estimated dates are provided as guidance and may change.

Intellectual Property & User Content

All content on this site, including text, images, branding, and product designs, is owned by J.D.Worthstone. It may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
By submitting reviews, images, or content (e.g., via social media tags), you grant J.D.Worthstone a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content in connection with our brand.
We reserve the right to remove user-generated content deemed offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

Materials Disclaimer

Jewellery may contain metals or stones that can cause allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility before purchase.
J.D.Worthstone is not liable for any health issues arising from use of our products.

Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J.D.Worthstone shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless J.D.Worthstone from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the website or products.

Privacy & Data Use

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Notices & Dispute Resolution

All notices will be delivered by email to the address you provide.
