Refunds & Returns

At J.D.Worthstone, we strive to ensure the quality and satisfaction of every item you purchase. Our Refund Policy outlines the process for returns and refunds for defective products.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds or replacements are available only for products that are defective upon arrival. Items that show signs of tampering or misuse are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

Request Timeframe

Damaged or defective items: Customers must submit a refund or replacement request within 48 hours of receiving the items.
Incorrect purchases: Customers must submit a refund/replacement request within 1 hour of placing the order. Requests received after this period may not be accepted.

Request Process

To request a refund or replacement:

Email Info@jdworthstone.com with a clear photo of the defective item.
Our team will assess the item to determine whether the defect is due to manufacturing or external factors.
If approved, customers will receive instructions to return the item.

Note: Contact customer support for the return address, as it may differ from the dispatch address.

Return Shipping Costs

If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing issue, J.D.Worthstone will cover the return shipping costs.
If the item shows signs of tampering by the customer, the customer will cover return shipping costs, and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. Customers can choose between a refund or replacement once the item is approved.

Refund / Replacement Processing

Once an item is approved for a refund or replacement:

The refund or replacement will be processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
All refunds will be issued in Australian Dollars (AUD). Any currency conversion displayed on the site is for reference only and does not affect the amount refunded. The final refunded amount will be in AUD.
