At J.D.Worthstone, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently, whether you are in Australia or anywhere around the world.

Shipping Areas

We ship internationally, including Oceania, Europe, Asia, United states and other regions.

Shipping Methods

We use reliable courier services for all orders. Standard shipping is the default method; express or priority options may be available during checkout depending on your location.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Australia (local): Standard 2–4 working days from dispatch. Express 1-3 working days from dispatch.

  • Europe: Standard 7–11 working days from dispatch. Express 4-9 working days from dispatch.

  • United states: Standard 5–18 working days from dispatch. Express 2-5 working days from dispatch.

  • Asia & New Zealand: Standard 3–6 working days from dispatch. Express 2-4 working days from dispatch.

  • Middle East: Standard 4–6 working days from dispatch. Express 2-4 working days from dispatch.

  • Other international locations: May vary depending on region, timeframe will be determined at checkout. 

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by holidays, weather, or courier delays.

Shipping Costs

  • Free shipping to Australia, New Zealand and United states for any order size.

  • Free shipping is available for most destinations on orders over AUD 250.

  • For orders under 250 AUD, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and courier fees.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

  • Please note once an order is placed, customers have 1 hour to request changes (such as adding or removing items) by emailing Info@jdworthstone.com. After this time, orders cannot be modified as they may already be in processing.

Tracking Your Order

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. Customers can use this to monitor the progress of their delivery.

Signature Requirement

All orders require a signature upon delivery. We are unable to allow items unattended. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.

  • If it is clear that the courier or postal service is at fault, we will resend your order at no extra cost.

  • If the package is delayed or lost due to incorrect information provided by the customer, we reserve the right to reject refund or replacement requests.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.

Packaging & Care

We take care to package your jewellery securely in branded boxes to prevent damage during shipping. For fragile or high-value items, additional protective packaging may be used.

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • Handle your jewellery with care and store it safely to maintain its quality and shine.

Handling Delays During Peak Times

During promotional sales, public holidays, or seasonal peaks, processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if delays occur.

Return Postage for Faulty Items

  • If an error has occurred at the fault of J.D.Worthstone, we will cover the cost of return postage when lodging your return.

  • Please contact our customer support team for return address details, as the return address may differ from the dispatch address.
